Patch Panel
Cablevine provide a wide array of standalone, wall mount and 19" rack mountable Patch Panels and Breakout Boxes suitable for ST, SC, FC, LC and MTRJ adaptors. In addition, Cablevine has available in-line and FOSC type splice enclosures for the installer.
Panels can be supplied in metal or plastic, loaded or unloaded.
These panels can also be supplied with or without cable management which consists of cable entry gland (multiples if required), blanking grommets, bunny clips and laser warning stickers. Fibre management is also optional with specified pigtails, splice protectors and splice bridges.
48 Way Wall Mounted Cabinet
The lockable wall-mounted box with hinged doors and cable guard has been specifically designed for added security of terminated fibre optic cables, but also for ease of access, facilitating any maintenance, which may need to be carried out. The wall mounted cabinet is manufactured from high-grade 16 SWG mild steel with a fully MIG welded construction. 4 x 20mm cable entry cut outs, to allow 20mm cable glands or blanks to be fitted. It also incorporates a 48 way spot-welded ST/SC mounting plate. The cabinet is finished in durable gloss grey powder coat.
Optical Distribution Frames
The 19" fibre management cabinet mounted rack is designed to terminate up to 24 optic fibres in a 1U space. The most useful feature of this unit is that it allows a system to expand from 2 to up to 24 ports, by the patch/front panel being upgraded or by having spare blank ports in the present system. Within the rack the fibre is managed by way of a splice bridge, cable clips, termination and coupling to ST/SC/LC connectors.
19 inch fibre tray
The 19 inch high quality fibre tray is constructed of 16 swg mild steel, and incorporates 6 x 20mm cut outs which allow the fixture of cable glands, or blanking plugs. The 19 inch racks can be supplied fully loaded with adaptors, cable glands, cable clips and splice bridge.
19 inch rack
The 19 inch rack is standard to which various front panels can be attached, depending on the application and connector type. The options are shown below.

MTRJ versions are also available on request.
Slide and Tilt Panels
Larger panel configurations can be supplied as Slide and Tilt. This allows much easier handling of dense panel configurations when using SC or LC adapters.
Up to 48 cores can be comfortably accommodated in a single 1U panel.
