Field Deployable, Multi-core Cable Reels
Small, ABS reel
Small, ABS reel with four ST adapters (or FC adapters) captive on the drum. Holds up to 100 metres of 4-core single-mode or multi-mode cable. The deployable end has the connectors captive in a removeable, protective pulling sleeve.
Medium sized steel drum
Medium sized steel drum which holds up to 400 metres of 4-core single- or multi-mode fibre. Captive end of fibre is broken out into a breakout box on the boss of the drum. The deployable end is contained in a polycarbonate IP56 type box.
Large size drum
Large size drum generally used in broadcast applications. Length of fibre is determined by drum size and the deployable ends are either loose or contained in a multi-pin, military style connector such as a Fischer, Stratos or Lemo connector.
